Ordering a Fine Art Painting or Sketch

Pre-Order Considerations

. Determine the subject matter. (Animal Portrait, Landscape, Beach Scene, etc.) _____________________________

. Select the medium. (oil paint, charcoal, pencil, ink, oil pastel crayons, etc.) ______________________________

. Decide on the size and Dimensions of the canvas. ______________________________

. The Style is Natural Impressionistic (In other words, God did it best, now we are going to try and

capture His creations in a work of art.)

. Full scene or one item/thing with the impression of a background behind. ______________________________

. Discuss and finalize the subject and medium.

. Confirm the size and dimensions. _______________________________________________________

. Agree on a timeline for completion. _______________________________________________________

. Agree on a price. _______________________________________________________

Payment and Contract

. Review and sign a commission contract.

. Customer pays in advance for the price of the Canvas.

. Ensure all payment terms are clear and documented.

During Creation

. Artist creates the artwork.

. Progressive photos of the work will be emailed.

. Customer is encouraged to offer any thoughts on revisions.

Completion and Delivery

. Send final photos of the artwork.

. Customer Approves the final piece.

. If the customer refuses the artwork then the canvas remains the property of the artist. ______________________

. Arrange for Insured Delivery or pickup.

. Inspect the artwork upon receiving for any shipping damage,

. Send a review or testimonial for artist.

Your Personal Work of Art

How's it work? You decide what size artwork you want. Think about the space you would like to fill.

You pay us the cost of the Canvas in advance.

We agree on the content of artwork being commissioned. I will be sending daily progress photos and

encourage you to actively offer ideas to the project. When completed, I will contact you for viewing,

final payment, and pickup if you like. I will arrange insured delivery, if needed. In the event you refuse

the artwork, the canvas becomes my property. Our deal is over.
